- All returns must be made within 14 days of receiving order. Please email our sales team on firstname.lastname@example.org with your invoice number and products needed to be returned and we will happily arrange a pick up delivery to send the item back to us free of charge within Australia. Free return does not included for customers in other countries, all returns must be made within 14 days of receiving order and Refund will exclude any postage costs.
- Ensure that the product is unworn, unwashed, has the tags attached and to be returned in original packaging.
- Where a discount has been applied that required a minimum spend threshold (ie. spend over $100 and receive $50 off); refund will be issued for items of proportion value.
- Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for swimwear, earrings, hosiery and lingerie, unless they are faulty.
EXCHANGE YOUR ITEM WITH DIFFERENT COLOR, SIZE OR STYLE
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer merchandise exchanges. you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order. Once we receive your return, we'll credit your account.
REFUND & PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your package, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 3 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process your account to be credited.
YOUR ITEM IS FAULTY
Returns will be accepted on any faulty or wrongly described merchandise, please email our sales team on email@example.com with your invoice number and the detail of the faulty and we will happily arrange a pick up delivery to send the item back to us free of charge for all countries, once we received your package, your refund will be processed and include postage costs.
